Dr Yongmei Bentley – Principal Lecturer in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Dr Bentley’s teaching experience covers research methodology, sustainable logistics and SCM, operations and project management, information systems management, and designing business and database systems. Her research includes sustainable food supply chain, supply chain collaboration, and the design of postgraduate programmes. She has experience of working on a number of joint projects with other European partners including: a Creative Spark project, Creating Entrepreneurs in Food (Erasmus+ project), Enhancing Agribusiness Supply Chain Management with Internet Technologies (EU Asia ICT); Training needs studies of eLearning in banking and accounting (EU LDV), and the design and development of a holistic method for individual training needs identification in ICTs (EU LDV). These projects have provided her with valuable experience of developing useful training materials.
