Natalia Truszkowska is an active practitioner of the PRINCE 2 Project Management Qualification. She has a BA Degree in Spanish and German and holds a Master‘s Degree in International Business Management with specialisation in small and medium sized enterprises and female entrepreneurship. She obtained post-graduate degree in Agriculture from local Agribusiness University. In addition to that, she has professional experience as a researcher in the area of rural development and agriculture gained in Brussels. Mrs. Truszkowska has managed and worked on many EU funded projects related to agriculture for over ten years, gaining experience in project development, implementation and management, and coordination of EU projects. In terms of office management, she holds the overall responsibility for coordinating the team, setting up the deadlines, overseeing the organization of meetings with target groups, stakeholders and policy makers. In terms of project management, she is responsible for coordination of all project activities related to: drafting and implementing project actions, planning project deliverables, coordinating the development of IOs and OERs, preparing financial and technical reports.
